The invention discloses a long-pile-casing casing-free rotary excavating hard cutting secant pile hole-forming construction technology. The technology comprises the following steps that S1, construction preparation is conducted; s2, a wave-shaped guide wall is formed; s3, guiding the pile casing; s4, the I-sequence pile holes are rotationally excavated; and S5, the II-sequence pile holes are rotationally excavated. The rotary drill is used for drilling holes and forming holes in rocks, and popularization and application of the secant pile in rock stratums are achieved; the guide pile casing and drill rod comprehensive guide technology is adopted to guarantee the drilling perpendicularity, good meshing between piles is achieved, and then a pile wall structure is formed; the problem that a traditional casing pipe drilling machine cannot drill in a hard rock stratum or is low in drilling efficiency is solved.
