The invention discloses a bridge girder erection machine and a girder erection and hole passing method thereof.The bridge girder erection machine comprises a main frame, a supporting leg assembly, a front crane carriage and a rear crane carriage, the main frame comprises two main girders, the two main girders are distributed in parallel at intervals, a connecting beam is arranged between the two main girders, and the supporting leg assembly comprises a front supporting leg, a middle supporting leg and a rear supporting leg; the middle supporting leg is rotatably matched with the main frame, the rear supporting leg is rotatably matched with the main frame, a first longitudinal moving assembly and a second longitudinal moving assembly are arranged on the middle supporting leg and the rear supporting leg respectively, and the middle supporting leg and the rear supporting leg move relative to a bridge through the first longitudinal moving assembly and the second longitudinal moving assembly. According to the bridge girder erection machine, supporting of a rear supporting leg is not needed during girder feeding, and the situation that unfavorable transverse bending moment is generated by a concrete girder flange due to supporting of the rear supporting leg during hole passing can be avoided.
