The invention discloses an assembly type subway station side wall and underground diaphragm wall connection construction method which comprises the steps that after a subway station underground diaphragm wall is poured, anchoring holes are dug in the subway station underground diaphragm wall; then the prefabricated subway station side wall is hoisted to a designed position, the prefabricated subway station side wall and the prefabricated subway station side wall are connected through the anchoring holes and the bolt through holes in the subway station side wall by using anchoring bolts with mortar channels, and the prefabricated subway station side wall and the prefabricated subway station side wall are pre-fixed through nuts; and cement mortar with specified strength is pressed into the anchoring holes in the underground diaphragm wall of the metro station through the mortar channels in the anchoring bolts and fully fills the anchoring holes, and when the cement mortar is solidified to reach the required strength, the nuts are further tightened, so that the underground diaphragm wall of the metro station and the side wall of the metro station can be reliably connected. The method is easy to operate, the underground diaphragm wall and the side wall of the subway station can be fully connected, the capacity of cooperatively bearing static and dynamic loads of the underground diaphragm wall and the side wall is improved, meanwhile, the good waterproof effect is achieved, the safety and durability of the subway station structure are fully guaranteed, and the good practical and popularization value is achieved.
