The invention provides a closed all-directional radiodiagnosis device which structurally comprises a base, a radiation chamber, a bearing body, a telescopic baffle and a control end, the upper end of the base is in positioning connection with the radiation chamber, and the bearing body is installed at the bottom of the radiation chamber and communicated with the radiation chamber; after the top of the inner side of the radiation chamber is further improved, under the clamping of the two groups of light-emitting tube bodies arranged on the top of the inner side of the radiation chamber, the light-emitting tube bodies can emit light after the radiation chamber is sealed by the telescopic baffle, so that the interior of the radiation chamber has a corresponding lighting effect by utilizing the light-emitting characteristic of the light-emitting tube bodies; the problem that the diagnosis effect of the device is reduced due to the dark claustrophobia of a patient can be solved, the first rotating layer and the second rotating layer can be driven by the electric wheel in the middle section of the luminous tube body to rotate at a fixed point, and therefore the attention of the patient can be attracted through the rotating effect of the shapes of the first rotating layer and the second rotating layer. The patient is indirectly guaranteed to be in a stable state in the diagnosis process, and it is guaranteed that a radioactive source can be accurately and stably placed into the body of the patient through a radiation room.
