The invention relates to a roof photovoltaic module and a building comprising the same. The photovoltaic assembly at least comprises a bearing base located above the roof in the vertical direction and a photovoltaic element. An adjusting unit used for adjusting the inclination angle of the roof is further arranged above the bearing base in the vertical direction. The photovoltaic module also includes a frame member. The frame member is provided with a tilt module. The frame part enables the inclination angle of the photovoltaic element to perform inclination motion according with a solar altitude angle change curve based on the inclination angle change of the adjusting unit and the inclination angle module controlled by the control unit. Wherein the adjusting unit adjusts the inclination angle of the frame piece at least based on the solar declination according to the mode that the inclination angle of the frame piece conforms to the current solar declination, and meanwhile the inclination angle module adjusts the inclination angle of the frame piece at least based on the solar hour angle according to the mode that the inclination angle of the frame piece conforms to the current solar elevation angle. According to the three-in-one roof inclination angle tracking system with three adjusting modes of the roof inclination angle, the photovoltaic element inclination angle and the roof orientation, the efficiency of the roof photovoltaic element can be improved.
