The invention discloses a novel overhead floor heating module and a using method thereof, and belongs to the field of overhead floor heating. The floor heating module plate comprises a floor heating module plate body, and three integrally-formed water pipe mounting grooves are formed in the upper end face of the floor heating module plate body; a spring clamping plate used for sliding embedding is arranged in the positioning clamping block; xPS heat preservation cotton used for reducing heat loss is arranged between the wood floor and the floor heating module plate; and the spring clamping plate is embedded into the fixing groove and is clamped with the connecting piece. The problems that after an existing overhead floor heating system is modularized, the connecting effect between the overhead floor heating systems is common, and long-term use is not facilitated are solved.
