Porous ecological concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the field of ecological concrete, in particular to porous ecological concrete and a preparation process thereof. Comprising the following raw materials: sulphoaluminate cement, coarse aggregate, alkali-reducing filler, fly ash, mineral slag, water, a water reducer, a retarder, carboxymethyl cellulose and an alkali-reducing treatment agent, wherein the alkali-reducing filler is ferrous sulfate and silica fume; the preparation process comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring 60-70% of the total weight of the coarse aggregate and the water, then adding 45-50% of the total weight of the gel material, adding the balance of the gel material and the water, inserting and tamping into a mold, removing the mold, and curing to obtain primary concrete; the preparation method comprises the following steps: performing primary alkali reduction treatment on primary concrete, and performing secondary alkali reduction treatment on the primary concrete subjected to the primary alkali reduction treatment by using an alkali reduction treatment agent, thereby obtaining the porous ecological concrete. The method has the advantage of reducing the alkalinity of the porous ecological concrete.
