The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and discloses low-alkali ecological porous concrete and a preparation method thereof. The ecological porous concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 70 to 80 parts of gravel coarse aggregate, 17 to 22 parts of cement, 1 to 2 parts of diatomite, 0.1 to 0.3 part of oxalic acid, 0.1 to 0.3 part of ferric sulfate, 0.01 to 0.03 part of water reducing agent and 4 to 6 parts of water, the pH value of a 28d pore aqueous solution of the obtained low-alkali ecological porous concrete is 9.0 or below, the 7d cubic compressive strength reaches 7-10 MPa, the 28d cubic compressive strength reaches 10-15 MPa, and the porosity is 25%-30%. The ecological porous concrete is simple in formula and low in cost, the lowest pH value of 28d is 8.79, the low alkalinity and the porous structure can retain water, ventilate and supply oxygen, the germination rate of plant seeds can be increased, the environment requirement for normal growth of plants is met, and the ecological porous concrete has high durability. A new technical basis can be provided for relieving the urban heat island effect.
本发明涉及混凝土技术领域,公开了一种低碱生态多孔混凝土及其制备方法。所述生态多孔混凝土包括如下原料及其质量份数:碎石粗骨料70~80份、水泥17~22份、硅藻土1~2份、草酸0.1~0.3份、硫酸铁0.1~0.3份、减水剂0.01~0.03份、水4~6份;所得低碱生态多孔混凝土的28d孔隙水溶液pH值在9.0以下,7d立方体抗压强度达7~10MPa,28d立方体抗压强度达10~15MPa,孔隙率为25%~30%。本发明生态多孔混凝土配方简易且成本低,28d的pH值最低为8.79,低碱度和多孔结构可保水和通风供氧,能提高植物种子发芽率,满足植物正常生长的环境需求,并具有高耐久性。本发明可为缓解城市的热岛效应提供新的技术基础。
