Method for preparing high-temperature-resistant light heat insulation material from waste electroceramics
The invention discloses a method for preparing a high-temperature-resistant light heat insulation material from waste electroceramics, and relates to the field of comprehensive utilization of solid wastes and heat insulation materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding water into waste electroceramics, bauxite and clay which are used as raw materials to form slurry, adopting cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as a foaming agent, adding a foam stabilizer, injecting the mixed slurry into a mold for molding by utilizing a casting molding process, then demolding, drying, and sintering at high temperature to obtain the material. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of low cost, simple process, high utilization rate of waste electrical porcelain and the like; and the prepared high-temperature-resistant light heat-insulating material has the properties of better breaking strength, high porosity, stable structure and the like.
本发明公开了一种用废电瓷制备耐高温轻质隔热保温材料的方法,涉及固体废弃物综合利用、隔热保温材料领域。本发明以废电瓷、铝矾土、粘土为原料,将其加水形成浆料,采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)作为发泡剂,加入稳泡剂,利用浇注成型工艺,将以上混合浆料注入模具成形,然后脱模后进行烘干,干燥后高温烧结得到该材料。本发明方法具有成本低廉、工艺简单、废电瓷利用率高等优点,所制备的耐高温轻质隔热保温材料具有较好的抗折强度、孔隙率高、结构稳定等性能。
