Flexible floor tile with mica powder as main flexible material and manufacturing method
The flexible floor tile with the mica powder as the main flexible material is characterized in that the flexible floor tile comprises the flexible material and a decorative reinforced wear-resistant material, and the flexible material comprises, by weight, 60-80 parts of the mica powder and 20-40 parts of an aqueous solution of emulsion or rubber powder; the decorative reinforced wear-resistant material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of cement, 0.3-5 parts of pigment and 6-39 parts of quartz sand or/and carborundum or/and aluminum oxide powder; and the ratio of the flexible material to the decorative reinforced wear-resistant material is 1: 0.45-1.6. The method has the remarkable advantages that the mica powder, the emulsion and the cement generate a synergistic effect, and the elasticity and bendability of the mica powder are fully exerted; when the same flexibility of the flexible floor is maintained, the use amount of the emulsion can be remarkably reduced, so that the material cost is remarkably reduced, the low-temperature flexibility is improved, and the comprehensive properties such as weather resistance and aging resistance are enhanced; the preparation method is simple and easy to operate, suitable for large-scale production and low in preparation cost.
本发明所述的一种以云母粉为主要柔性料的柔性地砖,特征在于:包括柔性料、装饰增强耐磨料,所述柔性料包括重量份的云母粉60~80份,乳液或胶粉的水溶液20~40份;所述装饰增强耐磨料包括重量份的水泥60~90份,颜料0.3~5份,石英砂或/和金刚砂或/和三氧化二铝粉6~39份;所述柔性料与装饰增强耐磨料的比值为1比0.45~1.6。显著优势:云母粉与乳液、水泥间产生协同效应,充分发挥云母粉的弹性、可弯曲性;在保持柔性地板相同柔性时,可显著减少乳液用量,从而显著降低材料成本,增加低温柔性,同时增强耐候、耐老化等综合性能;所述制备方法简单易操作,适用于规模化生产,制作成本低。
