The flexible decorative sheet with the mica powder as the main flexible material is characterized in that the flexible decorative sheet comprises the flexible material and a reinforced decorative material, and the flexible material comprises, by weight, 55-90 parts of the mica powder and 10-45 parts of an aqueous solution of emulsion or rubber powder; the reinforced decorative material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 93 to 99.7 parts of cement and 0.3 to 7 parts of pigment; the ratio of the flexible material to the reinforced decorative material is 1: (0.4-1.6); the surface of the mica powder is modified by a coupling agent or a surfactant or an oligomer, and the mesh number of the mica powder is 60-1250; the thickness of the flexible decorative sheet ranges from 1 mm to 10 mm. The method has the remarkable advantages that the mica powder, the emulsion and the cement generate a synergistic effect, and the elasticity and bendability of the mica powder are fully exerted; and when the same flexibility of the flexible decorative sheet is maintained, the use amount of the emulsion can be remarkably reduced, so that the material cost is remarkably reduced, the low-temperature flexibility is improved, and the comprehensive properties such as weather resistance and aging resistance are enhanced.
本发明所述的一种以云母粉为主要柔性料的柔性装饰片材，特征在于：包括柔性料、增强装饰料，所述柔性料包括重量份的云母粉55～90份，乳液或胶粉的水溶液10～45份；所述增强装饰料包括重量份的水泥93～99.7份，颜料0.3～7份；所述柔性料与增强装饰料的比值为1比0.4～1.6；所述云母粉表面经偶联剂或表面活性剂或低聚物改性，云母粉目数为60～1250目；所述柔性装饰片材的厚度为1mm～10mm。显著优势：云母粉与乳液、水泥间产生协同效应，充分发挥云母粉的弹性、可弯曲性；在保持柔性装饰片材相同柔性时，可显著减少乳液用量，从而显著降低材料成本，增加低温柔性，同时增强耐候、耐老化等综合性能。
