The invention discloses a blast furnace environment-friendly carbonaceous binding agent which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 2-25 parts of environment-friendly asphalt, 32-63 parts of shale tar, 3-20 parts of environment-friendly asphalt powder, 8-25 parts of a plasticizer and 5-29 parts of a carburant, and the plasticizer is prepared by mixing hydrogenated terphenyl, resin substances and high aromatic carbon environment-friendly oil through a specific process. The carburant is prepared by selecting petroleum coke and semicoke, grinding the petroleum coke and the semicoke to be less than or equal to 2000 meshes through grinding equipment, and co-melting the petroleum coke and the semicoke, the environment-friendly oil and the environment-friendly asphalt at 150-280 DEG C through shearing and stirring. The environment-friendly carbonaceous binding agent for the blast furnace can enhance the plasticity of stemming, is high in thermal stability and extremely low in benzopyrene content generated at high temperature, and can greatly improve the construction performance and the field working environment of the stemming.
