The invention relates to the technical field of offshore wind turbine foundations, in particular to a pile-anchor combined type offshore wind turbine foundation and a mounting method thereof. The pile-anchor combined type offshore wind turbine foundation comprises a single pile, a foundation body and an anchor, wherein the single pile is used for being inserted into a seabed and abutting against bedrock; the annular plate is used for being placed on the seabed, and the annular plate is arranged outside the single pile in a sleeving mode; the multiple damping supporting trusses are fixedly connected between the single pile and the annular plate, and each damping supporting truss is provided with a hydraulic damper; the plurality of hard support trusses are fixedly connected between the single pile and the annular plate; and the multiple spiral anchors are fixed to the annular plate, and each spiral anchor is spirally inserted into the seabed. According to the scheme, the problem that a traditional large-diameter single pile is insufficient in bearing capacity can be solved.
