The invention discloses a preparation method and application of ore-purified dead-burnt MgO powder, which comprises the following steps: calcining magnesite calcium carbonate in a high-temperature furnace by adopting a high-temperature calcining method, grinding the calcined substance into powder, and preparing light-burnt MgO powder (called light-burnt magnesium for short) through selective ammonia water leaching precipitation, filtration and drying methods; and then carrying out secondary heating calcination on the prepared caustic-burned magnesia to obtain dead-burned magnesia powder. The purity of the magnesium oxide powder can be effectively improved through selective leaching and precipitation, other impurity components in the magnesite can be removed after filtration, only magnesium oxide and calcium oxide are left, and magnesium hydroxide is selectively precipitated through regulation and control of reaction parameters. The dead-burnt magnesium powder prepared by utilizing selective leaching precipitation and a high-temperature calcination method has a remarkable industrial application prospect, can be used as a main raw material of a cementing material, is used for rapid repairing operation of wall surfaces and roads, and can also be used for marking expressway marking lines, and traffic can be opened after the road surface is repaired for 4min at the soonest.
本发明公开了一种矿提纯重烧MgO粉的制备方法及应用,首先采用高温煅烧法使菱镁矿碳酸钙在高温炉中煅烧,其次将煅烧后的物质研磨成粉末状,通过选择性氨水浸出沉淀、过滤及干燥法制得轻烧MgO粉(简称:轻烧镁),随后将制得的轻烧镁进行二级升温煅烧,从而获得重烧镁粉。选择性浸出沉淀能有效提高氧化镁粉的纯度,且经过滤后能去除菱镁矿中其它杂质成分,只剩下氧化镁和氧化钙,通过调控反应参数,选择性地沉淀出氢氧化镁。本发明利用选择性浸出沉淀和高温煅烧法制得的重烧镁粉,具有显著的工业应用前景,可作为胶凝材料的主要原材料,用于墙面及道路快速修补作业,也可用于高速公路标线的标记,路面修补最快4min就能通车。
