Novel green ceramsite water permeable brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a novel green ceramsite water permeable brick and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of water permeable bricks. The invention relates to a lightweight and high-strength corrosion-resistant building material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of a base material, 10-20 parts of cement, 5-15 parts of an adhesive and 20-25 parts of a pore-forming agent, the base material is chrysotile tailings and has the advantages of light weight, high strength and good corrosion resistance, and the pore-forming agent is composed of sodium carbonate and carbon powder. The sintering-free water permeable brick is obtained by replacing traditional aggregate with chrysotile tailing ceramsite as a base material and supplementing cement and a binder, the volume weight of the water permeable brick can be reduced, water can be effectively accumulated through a pore channel structure in the ceramsite, a good water retention effect is achieved, and the urban heat island effect is effectively relieved; and the baking-free water permeable brick has excellent water permeability, mechanical strength and wear resistance, so that the defects of poor water permeability, poor mechanical strength and poor wear resistance of the traditional baking-free water permeable brick are effectively overcome.
