The method comprises the following steps: 1, construction preparation; 2, erecting and reloading of a gantry crane; carrying out walking alignment on the bridge girder erection machine; 3, replacing and dragging the to-be-replaced bridge section by using a gantry crane and a bridge erecting machine; 4, cleaning supporting padstones and anchor bolt holes on the replaced bridge section; drilling and line snapping are carried out on the anchor bolt hole again; and 5, erecting and replacing a bridge. The problem that the bridge replacement operation cannot be met when the operation under the bridge is not carried out currently is effectively solved.
