The invention discloses a novel prestressed tendon anchorage pier construction process which solves the problems that an existing prestressed tendon anchor head cannot be quickly constructed and the construction time is long. The method comprises the following steps: S1, measuring and positioning, marking the central position of a prestressed tendon anchorage pier, and drawing the excavation range of the anchorage pier; s2, anchor pier excavation is conducted, specifically, the anchor pier is excavated and formed according to the marked anchor pier excavation contour range; s3, anchor spraying and backfilling are conducted, specifically, the excavation face is washed, and then concrete is sprayed till the designed thickness is reached; s4, surface leveling is conducted, specifically, manual leveling is conducted on the uneven part of the sprayed surface; and S5, maintaining.
