The straight tube section is positioned outside the small-opening end of the anchor backing plate and an outer ring is provided with an external thread structure; one end of the connector is provided with a matched internal thread structure, and the other end of the connector is connected with one end of the prestressed pipeline; the outer sealing ring is installed between the small opening end of the anchor bearing plate and the opposite end face of the connector.
