The invention provides a method for cutting off a steel pipe pile underwater by using a diamond rope, which comprises the following steps of: assembling a steel sleeve cage: connecting a plurality of ring beam structures arranged at different heights by using steel pipe stand columns to complete the assembling of the steel sleeve cage and the installation of the steel sleeve cage: sleeving the steel sleeve cage on a to-be-cut steel pipe pile by using hoisting equipment; the temporary fixation with the to-be-cut steel pipe pile is realized; a steel platform is arranged on the side portion of the top of the steel sleeve cage, the diamond rope on a cutting assembly on the steel platform is wound along the cutting portion of the to-be-cut steel pipe pile and all the guide wheels, and after other positions are fixed, the tail end of the diamond rope stretches into the cutting assembly; and cutting-off is conducted, specifically, a driving mechanism in the cutting-off assembly is started, a diamond rope is driven to operate, and the steel pipe pile to be cut off is cut off through the tensioning force and the friction effect in the operation process. By means of the integrated steel platform and the steel sleeve cage, the adverse effect of ship shaking on pile cutting operation is effectively avoided, the rope breaking risk is reduced, and the operation efficiency and safety are improved.
本发明提供了金刚石绳水下割除钢管桩方法,包括以下步骤:钢套笼的组装:若干个不同高度设置的圈梁结构利用钢管立柱连接,完成钢套笼的组装钢套笼的安装:利用起吊设备将所述钢套笼套设于待割除钢管桩上,实现与待割除钢管桩的临时固定;金刚石绳布设:所述钢套笼顶侧部设置有钢平台,所述钢平台上的割除组件上的金刚石绳,沿待割除钢管桩的割除部位和各导向轮缠绕,其余位置固定后,金刚石绳的末端伸入割除组件内;割除:启动割除组件中的驱动机构,带动金刚石绳进行运转,运转中的张拉力和摩擦作用,实现对于待割除钢管桩的割除。本发明利用一体化的钢平台和钢套笼,有效避免了船舶晃动对割桩作业的不利影响,减少了断绳风险,提高了作业工效和安全性。
