The system is arranged at the top of a foundation pit, slope protection piles and dewatering wells are arranged on the periphery of the foundation pit, the foundation pit is located at the position X away from one side of the metro, and two sets of backfilling equipment are arranged between the foundation pit and the metro; a top beam and a retaining wall are arranged at the top of the slope protection pile, an underground structure wall body is arranged in the foundation pit, and a fertilizer groove is formed between the underground structure wall body and the slope protection pile; the backfilling equipment comprises a foaming stirrer, storage tanks, a foam concrete delivery pump and a backfilling pipeline, the foaming stirrer mixes materials in the storage tanks into foamed concrete on site, and backfilling operation is performed through the concrete delivery pump; the method comprises the steps of foam concrete preparation, fat groove cleaning and layered pouring. According to the system, on-site mixing manufacturing and foam concrete pouring are conducted through backfilling equipment, construction operation is convenient, the foam concrete is adopted for backfilling the fertilizer groove, the vibration and noise reduction effects are achieved, the backfilling construction difficulty is lowered, the construction period is shortened, and economy and practicability are achieved.
