The invention discloses a drainage method and structure for basement structure bottom plate leakage. The drainage method comprises the steps that a basement structure bottom plate is constructed; constructing a water collecting well on a basement structure bottom plate; a gravel drainage layer is laid on a bottom plate of the basement structure, and the gravel drainage layer is communicated with the water collecting well through drainage holes reserved in the side wall of the water collecting well; laying stacked geotechnical cloth on the gravel hydrophobic layer; and a fine aggregate concrete surface layer is constructed on the geotechnical cloth. Seepage water generated by the basement structure bottom plate can be prevented from reversely seeping into the fine aggregate concrete surface layer, and it is guaranteed that the surface layer does not have the leakage phenomenon.
