Basement bottom plate pressure and water reducing and draining structure and construction method thereof
The basement bottom plate pressure and water reduction and drainage structure comprises a bottom plate, and the bottom plate comprises a bottom plate waterproof layer and a bottom plate filling layer which are arranged from bottom to top; the water seepage layer is located below the bottom plate; one end of the drainage pipe is buried in the water seepage layer, and the other end of the drainage pipe penetrates out of the bottom plate waterproof layer; the additional waterproof layer is arranged at the internal corner part of the drainage pipe wall and the waterproof layer; the water stop plate is fixed on the top outer wall of the drain pipe; the water collecting well is arranged above the water drainage pipe, and underground water is drained through the water drainage pipe and collected water during normal water drainage; after construction of the basement roof is completed, the drainage pipe and the water collecting well are filled with plugging materials to form a plugging layer; the plugging device is arranged at the top end of the drainage pipe and used for plugging the drainage pipe orifice. The drainage steps are simplified, and low-cost and simple construction can be achieved. By means of the means, the effect of reducing the floating pressure of the basement bottom plate is achieved, and the basement floating risk is reduced.
