The invention discloses a concrete intercepting device and a using method thereof, and relates to the field of building construction. The method can be used for the situation that high-grade concrete of a'strong column and weak beam 'pouring wall column flows into a beam plate low-grade concrete structure in the concrete pouring process, and can also be used for blocking a post-pouring belt beam head. The device is reasonable in structure, low in manufacturing cost and easy and convenient to operate, only one to two workers are needed for operation, the labor and material cost of a traditional blocking concrete binding steel wire mesh is effectively saved, and the device can be repeatedly used through one-time manufacturing.
