The invention relates to a concrete intercepting device which comprises an air bag arranged between reinforcing steel bars, and a steel wire mesh is fixed to an opening of the air bag. The fixed rod is fixed at the center in the air bag; the lemon powder is arranged in the air bag; the cover body is detachably mounted on the air bag, is used for blocking the opening and is made of a flexible material; the soda water bag is located in the cover body and arranged at the top of the steel wire mesh, the cover body is squeezed to be broken, soda water in the soda water bag flows into the air bag through the steel wire mesh and makes contact with the lemon powder, and therefore gas is generated, and the air bag and the cover body are expanded. The problem that the air bag is difficult to plug between the steel bars is effectively solved, the air bag can be smoothly plugged into the gaps between the steel bars by improving the structure of the intercepting device, inflation is convenient, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, the multiple independent cabins are arranged, even if part of the cabins leak air, other cabins cannot be affected, and the safety of construction is improved. And the interception effect can still be achieved.
