The invention discloses a method for calculating the production capacity of a paver. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the working pressure of a material conveying system and the speed of a material conveying belt; according to the working pressure of the material conveying system, the working state of the whole machine material conveying system is defined, the production capacity of the material conveying system in different working states within the same continuous working time is accumulated, and the total production capacity is obtained. According to the invention, the existing conveying device and control system of the paver can be utilized, through simple improvement, production data can be calculated and stored and can be called at any time, so that the wear resistance of related vulnerable parts can be effectively evaluated according to the production, a user is guided to repair and maintain the related parts of a working device, and the working efficiency is improved. The method also can be used as an important basis for product improvement.
本发明公开了一种摊铺机生产量计算方法,包括以下步骤:获取输料系统工作压力和输料带速度;根据输料系统工作压力,界定整机输料系统工作状态,将输料系统同一连续工作时间内不同工作状态下的生产量进行累加,得出总生产量。本发明可利用摊铺机现有输料装置和控制系统,经过简单的改进,可以计算和储存生产量数据,并可随时调取,这样就可根据生产量有效对相关易损部件耐磨性能进行评估,指导用户对工作装置相关部件进行维修保养,也可以作为产品改进的重要依据。
