The invention discloses a reinforcing system and a reinforcing method for a T-beam pasted steel plate conversion box beam. The reinforcing system comprises a reinforcing steel plate pasted to the bottom of a T-beam web. The pressurizing and fixing units are arranged at the bottom of the T-beam web at intervals, and each pressurizing and fixing unit comprises angle steel and a pressurizing steel plate; the connecting steel plates are used for connecting adjacent T-beams; the reinforcing steel plate is adhered to the bottom of the T-beam web; the angle steel is fixed on two sides of the lower part of the T-beam web; the pressurizing steel plate is fixed below the reinforcing steel plate; the connecting steel plates are clamped on the pressurizing and fixing units at the bottoms of the webs of the adjacent T-shaped beams; and the T-shaped section is closed into a box-shaped section with more excellent overall stress performance through the reinforcing system. The structure is simple, construction is convenient, the bending rigidity and the bearing capacity of the main beam can be recovered and improved, and the overall stress performance of a bridge can be improved and enhanced.
