The inorganic fiber rib comprises an outer protection layer, an anti-corrosion filling layer and at least one core material, the anti-corrosion filling layer is arranged in a gap between the core material and the outer protection layer, the core material comprises fiber rib twisted wires, an inner coating layer, a waterproof coating layer and an inner protection layer, the inner coating layer is arranged on the surface of the fiber rib twisted wires, and the waterproof coating layer is arranged on the surface of the inner protection layer. The internal coating is made of a material with cohesiveness and wear resistance; the waterproof coating is arranged on the surface of the internally added coating; the inner protective layer is arranged on the surface of the inner coating layer; and the outer protection layer is made of a material which is not bonded with concrete. The outer protection layer on the surface of the inorganic fiber rib and concrete are not bonded, the internal anti-corrosion filling layer facilitates sliding of the rib bundle under stress, the core material has waterproofness, abrasion resistance and cohesiveness and is good in tensile strength, the inorganic fiber rib is used for replacing a steel strand, good electrical insulation is achieved, and the problem that the steel strand is prone to rusting can be solved. The method can be widely applied to the technical field of civil engineering.
