Modularized construction and installation system and method for reactor internals of high-temperature gas cooled reactor nuclear power station
The invention discloses a modular construction and installation system and method for reactor internals of a high-temperature gas cooled reactor nuclear power station. The system comprises a pre-assembly plant, a first crane and a second crane, the pre-assembly plant is arranged on the outer side of the nuclear island plant, a roof capable of being opened and closed is arranged on the top of the pre-assembly plant, and a reactor internal module assembly area aligned with the roof is arranged in the pre-assembly plant. The first crane can be used for sequentially hoisting a plurality of barrel bodies moved into the pre-assembly plant into a reactor internal module assembly area to assemble a reactor internal barrel body, and can be used for sequentially hoisting a plurality of module components moved into the pre-assembly plant into the reactor internal barrel body to assemble a reactor internal module; and the second crane is used for hoisting the reactor internal module into the reactor pressure vessel cylinder which is already mounted in the reactor cabin for mounting. According to the scheme, the reactor internals can be assembled in the pre-assembly plant firstly, and after the reactor pressure vessel barrel is installed, the reactor internals are hoisted into the reactor pressure vessel barrel to be installed, so that the main line construction period of the high-temperature gas cooled reactor is effectively shortened.
本发明公开了高温气冷堆核电站堆内构件模块化建造安装系统、方法,该系统包括预组装厂房、第一吊车和第二吊车;预组装厂房设置于核岛厂房外侧,且其顶部设有可开闭的屋盖,预组装厂房内设有与屋盖对位的堆内构件模块组装区;第一吊车能够将移入预组装厂房内的多个筒体依次吊入堆内构件模块组装区内以组装成堆内构件筒体,和能够将移入预组装厂房内的多个模块构件依次吊入堆内构件筒体内以组装成堆内构件模块;第二吊车用于将堆内构件模块吊入已安装于反应堆舱室的反应堆压力容器筒体内以安装。通过本方案可在预组装厂房先组装成堆内构件模块,待反应堆压力容器筒体安装后,再将堆内构件模块吊入其内安装,有效缩短了高温气冷堆建造主线工期。
