Silanized rubber/nano SiO2 composite anti-freezing concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses silanized rubber/nano SiO2 composite anti-freezing concrete and a preparation method thereof. The composite anti-freezing concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 430 to 450 parts of raw material cement, 520 to 580 parts of fine aggregate, 1080 to 1100 parts of coarse aggregate, 50 to 55 parts of fly ash, 2.0 to 4.0 parts of water reducing agent, 20 to 50 parts of silanized rubber powder, 2 to 30 parts of nano SiO2 and 200 to 225 parts of water. Uniformly stirring cement, fly ash, silanized rubber powder and nano SiO2 to obtain a cementing material; uniformly stirring the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate, adding the cementing material, and continuously uniformly stirring; then adding mixing water in which a water reducing agent is dissolved, and continuously and uniformly stirring to obtain a composite anti-freezing concrete mixing material; and pouring the obtained mixed material on a mixing plate, uniformly stirring, filling into a mold, and curing to obtain the composite anti-freezing concrete. The composite anti-freezing concrete prepared by the invention has excellent anti-freezing performance.
本发明公开了一种硅烷化橡胶/纳米SiO2复合抗冻混凝土及其制备方法。以重量份表示,所述复合抗冻混凝土包括原料水泥430~450份、细集料520~580份、粗集料1080~1100份、粉煤灰50~55份、减水剂2.0~4.0份、硅烷化橡胶粉20~50份、纳米SiO2 2~30份和水200~225份。将水泥、粉煤灰、硅烷化橡胶粉和纳米SiO2搅匀,得到胶凝材料;粗集料和细集料搅匀,搅匀后加入胶凝材料继续搅匀;接着加入溶有减水剂的拌合水继续搅匀,得到复合抗冻混凝土拌合物料;所得拌合物料倒在拌和板上,搅匀后装模养护,养护后得到复合抗冻混凝土。利用本发明制成的复合抗冻混凝土具有优异的抗冻性能。
