Furnace transmutation brick manufacturing process
The invention aims to provide the manufacturing process of the transmutation brick which is beneficial to natural color generation of the brick body, obvious in transmutation effect and rich in color. The method comprises a green body manufacturing process and a green body glazing process which are carried out in sequence, and is characterized in that the green body glazing process comprises the following steps: A, proportioning ground glaze; b, proportioning cover glaze; c, heating and aging: respectively pouring the ground glaze slip and the cover glaze slip into two material cylinders, heating to 50-60 DEG C, and preserving heat; the ground coat is evenly sprayed on the green body through a spray gun twice, drying is carried out after each time of spraying, the spraying thickness of the first time is 0.2 mm-0. 3 mm, and the spraying thickness of the second time is 0.3 mm-0. 4 mm; e, spraying cover glaze: uniformly spraying the cover glaze on the green body by using a spray gun for one time, and then drying the green body with the spraying thickness of 0.4-0.6 mm; and F, sintering the green body, namely sintering the green body in a roller kiln in a high-temperature oxidizing atmosphere at the sintering temperature of 1200-1400 DEG C for 40-60 minutes. The method is applied to the technical field of building ceramic production.
本发明旨在提供一种有利于砖体呈色自然、窑变效果明显、具有丰富色彩的窑变砖制造工艺。本发明包括依次进行的坯体制造工序和坯体施釉工序,其特征在于,所述坯体施釉工序包括以下步骤:A.底釉配比;B.面釉配比;C.加热陈腐:将底釉浆和面釉浆分别倒入两个料缸中,加热至50‑60摄氏度保温;D.底釉喷施:在坯体上用喷枪均匀喷施底釉,喷施次数为两次,每次喷施后都进行烘干,第一次的喷施厚度为0.2mm‑0.3mm,第二次的喷施厚度为0.3mm‑0.4mm;E.面釉喷施:在坯体上用喷枪均匀喷施面釉,喷施次数为一次,然后烘干,喷施厚度为0.4‑0.6mm;F.坯体烧成:将坯体送入高温氧化气氛下的辊道窑中烧成,烧成温度为1200‑1400摄氏度,烧成周期为40‑60分钟。本发明应用于建筑陶瓷生产技术领域。
