The invention discloses an intersection road maintenance construction method and a road structure thereof, and the construction method comprises the following steps: prefabricating UHPC-NC composition boards, pre-burying dowel bar assemblies, splicing the UHPC-NC composition boards, laying the UHPC-NC composition boards on a road base, adjusting the elevation to form a leveling layer pouring space, and grouting and pouring. The joints between the UHPC-NC composition boards and the joints of the dowel bar assemblies are grouted and poured, and a wearing layer is paved; the road structure comprises an old road base layer, a leveling layer, a UHPC-NC composition board layer and a wearing layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the UHPC-NC composition board layer comprises a plurality of UHPC-NC composition boards and dowel bar assemblies used for connection. According to the novel road, by means of high strength and rigidity formed after pouring combination of UHPC and NC, the protection effect on the road base is enhanced, the dowel bar assemblies are adopted to enable the UHPC-NC combined plate layers to be integrally and synergistically stressed and jointly resist the frequent starting and stopping effect of vehicle loads at the intersection, meanwhile, the thickness of a wearing layer is reasonably reduced to improve ruts, and the service life of the road base is prolonged. The UHPC is firmly connected with the wearing layer, the novel road is high in integrity and stability, and meanwhile the construction time can be effectively shortened.
