The invention relates to concrete pavement reconstruction equipment, in particular to an integrated trolley for concrete pavement reconstruction, which comprises a trolley body, driving wheels are mounted at the front part of the trolley body, rolling wheels are mounted at the rear part of the trolley body, and a gap detection module, a sweeping module, a gap pouring module and an anti-crack paste storage module are arranged at the bottom of the trolley body; the gap detection module comprises a gap sensor and a camera I, and the camera I is arranged above the gap sensor; the sweeping module comprises a dust recycling bin, a dust collector, a dust cover and a sweeping brush, the dust cover is connected with the dust recycling bin through the dust collector, and the sweeping brush is arranged in the dust cover; the crack pouring module comprises a crack pouring agent storage bin and a crack pouring nozzle, and the crack pouring agent storage bin is connected with the crack pouring nozzle through a crack pouring agent pipeline; and the anti-crack sticker storage module comprises an anti-crack sticker mounting wheel and a film mounting wheel. Integrated operation such as joint cleaning, joint pouring and anti-crack paste pasting is achieved, continuity of construction procedures is guaranteed, increase of the construction cost and prolonging of the construction period caused by manual construction are avoided, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明涉及混凝土路面改造设备，尤其是一种混凝土路面改造用集成小车，包括车体，车体的前部安装有驱动轮，后部安装有碾压轮，车体底部设置有缝隙检测模块，清扫模块，灌缝模块和抗裂贴储存模块；缝隙检测模块包括缝隙感应器和摄像头一，摄像头一置于缝隙感应器的上方；清扫模块包括粉尘回收仓，吸尘器，防尘罩以及清扫刷，防尘罩通过吸尘器与粉尘回收仓连接，清扫刷置于防尘罩内；灌缝模块包括灌缝剂储仓和灌缝喷头，灌缝剂储仓通过灌缝剂管道与灌缝喷头连接；抗裂贴储存模块包括抗裂贴安装轮和薄膜安装轮。本发明实现了接缝清扫、灌缝、贴抗裂贴等集成式作业，保证了施工工序的连贯性，避免因人工施工造成施工成本的增加以及工期的延长，大大提高了施工效率，降低了施工成本。
