Rail type UHPC bridge deck integrated construction system and construction technology thereof
The rail type UHPC bridge floor integrated construction system comprises a paver, a stirring unit and a working walking mechanism, the paver comprises a first rack, a first walking mechanism, a trough, a leveling mechanism and a vibrating mechanism, the first walking mechanism is arranged on the two sides of the first rack, and the trough is defined by a front material baffle, a left side plate, a right side plate and a rear material baffle; the leveling mechanism comprises a leveling plate, a leveling vibration motor, a leveling plate adjusting oil cylinder and a leveling plate transmission beam, the vibrating mechanism is used for vibrating concrete in the trough, and the stirring unit is rigidly connected with the paver through a synchronous connecting rod and comprises a second walking mechanism, a second rack and a UHPC wet material stirring system installed on the second rack. The working walking mechanism comprises a walking conversion device, a hydraulic control system, a rail grabbing device and a walking oil cylinder. The material mixing, material distribution, paving and leveling are integrated, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced. The invention further discloses a construction process of the system.
本发明公开了一种轨道式UHPC桥面集成施工系统,包括摊铺机、搅拌机组、工作行走机构,摊铺机包括第一机架、第一行走机构、料槽、整平机构、振捣机构,第一行走机构设置在第一机架的两侧,料槽由前挡料板、左右侧板、后挡料板围成,整平机构包括整平板、整平振动电机、整平板调节油缸、整平板传动梁,振捣机构用于对料槽内的混凝土进行振捣作业,搅拌机组通过同步连接杆与摊铺机刚性连接,包括第二行走机构、第二机架以及安装在第二机架上的UHPC湿料搅拌系统,工作行走机构包括行走转换装置、液压控制系统以及抓轨器和行走油缸。本发明集拌料、布料、摊铺、整平为一体,提高了施工效率,降低了施工成本。本发明还公开了该系统的施工工艺。
