Deck type UHPC-laminated wood truss bridge and construction method thereof
The deck type UHPC-laminated wood truss bridge comprises a bridge abutment, a bridge pier, a lower chord member, an upper chord member and a UHPC bridge deck slab. An upper chord member is connected between the two bridge abutments; the upper chord member is located above the lower chord member, and a web member is connected between the upper chord member and the lower chord member; in the transverse direction of the bridge, at least three groups of lower chords, upper chords and web members are arranged in parallel at intervals; cross beams are connected between the adjacent lower chords in the transverse direction, and cross beams are also connected between the adjacent upper chords in the transverse direction; oblique beams are further connected between the lower chord members and the upper chord members which are adjacent in the transverse direction; the lower chord members and the upper chord members are made of laminated wood arch pieces, and the UHPC bridge deck slabs are fixed to the upper chord members and the cross beams between the adjacent upper chord members. The lower chord member and the upper chord member are parabola-shaped. According to the combined bridge, the material characteristics of light weight and high strength of laminated wood and high strength and durability of UHPC are fully exerted, so that the combined bridge can adapt to a larger bridge span, has a longer service life and is more environment-friendly.
本发明公开了一种上承式UHPC‑胶合木桁架桥,包括桥台、桥墩、下弦杆、上弦杆和UHPC桥面板;两个桥台之间连接有上弦杆;上弦杆位于下弦杆上方,且上弦杆和下弦杆之间连接有腹杆;沿着桥梁的横向方向,下弦杆、上弦杆和腹杆均并列间隔设置有至少三组;横向方向上相邻的下弦杆之间连接有横梁,横向方向上相邻的上弦杆之间也连接有横梁;横向方向上相邻的下弦杆和上弦杆之间还连接有斜梁;下弦杆和上弦杆均采用胶合木拱片,UHPC桥面板固定于上弦杆和相邻上弦杆之间的横梁;下弦杆和上弦杆均呈抛物线形状。本发明组合充分发挥了胶合木轻质、高强以及UHPC高强、耐久的材料特性,使得该组合桥梁能够适应更大的桥梁跨度,拥有更长的使用寿命,更加绿色环保。
