The invention further relates to a manufacturing method of the composite material pipe restrained bamboo split sheet cement mortar combined slender rod. The combined slender rod does not contain metal materials, has good elastic deformation and recovery capacity, is low in manufacturing cost, environmentally friendly, low-carbon, high in bearing capacity and capable of being prefabricated and industrially manufactured, and belongs to the technical field of engineering structures.
