A steel bar binding machine capable of cutting wires through a wire winding inner sleeve comprises a machine shell, a wire feeding mechanism, a braking mechanism, a wire winding mechanism, a looping plate and a guider, the wire winding mechanism comprises a driving assembly and a wire winding assembly, the driving assembly drives the wire winding assembly to move front and back, the wire winding assembly comprises the inner sleeve, a threaded rod, an inner core and a wire winding nozzle, and a threaded block is arranged on the inner sleeve. The two ends of the screw are connected with the threaded block and the driving assembly respectively, and the wire winding nozzle is arranged at the front end of the inner sleeve. A wire outlet guide piece is arranged between the wire feeding mechanism and the inner sleeve, a wire guide channel is formed in the wire outlet guide piece, and an iron wire enters from a lower port of the wire guide channel through the wire feeding mechanism and is sent out from an upper port to enter the looping plate; the front end of the inner sleeve is matched with the edge of the upper end opening in a shearing mode, and when the inner sleeve moves forwards, the iron wire sent out from the upper end opening is cut off between the inner sleeve and the upper end opening. Compared with the prior art, the steel bar strapping machine optimizes the shredding structure, prolongs the endurance time of the strapping machine, and meanwhile, after the iron wires are cut off, the distance between the iron wire tails is short, so that the iron wires are saved.
