The invention discloses a sliding type spiral steel pipe-cement soil combined pile and an application method thereof. The sliding type spiral steel pipe-cement soil combined pile comprises a steel pipe; the steel ring cylinder is arranged on the outer wall of the steel pipe in a sliding and sleeving mode, a plurality of sliding assemblies are installed on the inner wall of the steel ring cylinder, the sliding assemblies are in sliding fit with the steel pipe, and spiral blades are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the steel ring cylinder; wherein an elastic assembly is installed in the wall thickness of the steel pipe, and the elastic assembly is fixedly connected with the sliding assembly. Stable and unchanged welding connection between the spiral blades in the spiral steel pipe-cement soil composite pile and the steel pipe is converted into sliding connection, more loads are transmitted to the spiral blades on the lower portion through relative sliding among the spiral blades, the steel cylinder ring and the steel pipe, meanwhile, stress is redistributed, and the stress distribution effect is improved. The purpose that loads are evenly distributed along the full length of a pile body is achieved, and the problem that stress is concentrated at the connecting position of an original upper spiral blade and a steel pipe is greatly solved.
本发明公开一种滑移型螺旋钢管‑水泥土组合桩及其应用方法,包括:钢管;钢环筒,钢环筒滑动套设在钢管的外壁上,钢环筒的内壁上安装有若干滑动组件,滑动组件与钢管之间滑动配合,钢环筒的外壁上固定连接有螺旋叶片;其中,钢管的壁厚内安装有弹力组件,弹力组件与滑动组件之间固定连接。本发明通过将螺旋钢管‑水泥土组合桩内螺旋叶片与钢管之间稳固不变的焊接连接转变为可滑动连接,将荷载通过螺旋叶片、钢筒环与钢管之间的相对滑动更多地向下部螺旋叶片进行传递,同时对应力进行重分配,以实现荷载沿桩身全长均匀分配的目的,其极大地缓解了原上部螺旋叶片与钢管连接处应力集中的问题。
