The invention relates to an equipment foundation and roof connecting structure which comprises a plurality of first vibration isolators arranged on a roof at intervals, and the equipment foundation is arranged at the tops of the first vibration isolators; the heat preservation plate is arranged on the roof and is filled between the first vibration isolation pieces; the enclosure parts are fixed on the roof and are arranged along the periphery of the equipment foundation at intervals; and the second vibration isolation pieces are arranged at intervals and are fixedly connected between the enclosure piece and the equipment foundation. The connecting structure effectively solves the problem that a heat bridge and leakage are easily formed when the equipment foundation and the roof are connected, vibration received by the roof can be reduced by providing the connecting structure, the heat bridge between the roof and the equipment foundation can be reduced, and therefore the heat preservation performance of a building is guaranteed.
