Method for filling mining goaf with mining waste rocks and mill tailings
The invention discloses a method for filling a mining goaf by using mining waste rocks and mill tailings, which comprises the following steps: S1, taking a proper amount of waste rocks and mill tailings, drying, and crushing the waste rocks by a crusher to obtain coarse aggregates for later use; s2, slag is added into the coarse aggregate in the S1, fine aggregate slag treated by a crusher is adopted as the slag, and then stirring and mixing treatment is conducted through a mixing machine; s3, respectively adding ardealite, slag, a coagulator, cement, fly ash, an active activator, an adhesion promoter and a filler into the mixture obtained in S2, mixing according to a certain proportion, and preparing into slurry; s4, the slurry obtained in S3 is poured on the mixture of the coarse aggregate and the slag through a conveying pipeline until gaps of the coarse aggregate are filled with the slurry; and S5, the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate are repeatedly filled, then the slurry is poured, and the stope goaf is repeatedly filled. According to the method for filling the mining goaf with the mining waste rocks and the mill tailings, the filling body quality and the filling efficiency are improved, and the underground operation environment is improved.
本发明公开了一种利用采矿废石和选矿尾矿填充采矿空区的方法,包括S1、取适量的废石和尾矿,进行干燥处理以及通过破碎机将废石进行破碎处理,作为粗骨料备用;S2、向S1中粗骨料加入矿渣,且矿渣采用经破碎机处理的细骨料矿渣,随后通过混合机进行搅混处理;S3、向S2的混合体分别加入磷石膏、矿渣、凝固剂、水泥、粉煤灰、活性激发剂、助粘剂、填充剂,按照一定的比例混合,并制作成浆体;S4、将S3获得的浆体通过输送管道浇筑于粗骨料和矿渣混合上,待灌满粗骨料缝隙;S5、反复填入粗骨料和细骨料,再浇筑浆体,反复对采场空区进行充填。该种利用采矿废石和选矿尾矿填充采矿空区的方法,提高充填体质量和充填效率,改善井下作业环境。
