The invention relates to a mining goaf filling material prepared from mine tailings. The mining goaf filling material is prepared by uniformly mixing and stirring the following components in percentage by weight at normal temperature and normal pressure and foaming at high pressure: 2%-6% of alkylbenzene sulfonate, 5%-10% of fatty alcohol ether sulfate, 2%-4% of a foam stabilizer, 4%-6% of a coagulator, 10%-15% of Portland cement, 25%-30% of tailings, and the balance of water, wherein the sum of the weight percentages of the components is 100%. The filling material has good fluidity, increases the utilization rate of beneficiation tailings, realizes self-flow conveying of underground pipelines, reduces the water consumption, solves the problems of serious slurry sedimentation and segregation after dehydration of the filling body, well solves the prominent contradiction among the fluidity of the filling slurry, the water consumption and the quality of the filling body, not only effectively fills a mining goaf, but also reasonably and effectively utilizes the mine tailings.
本发明涉及一种利用矿山尾砂制成的采矿空区充填材料,由以下重量百分比组分在常温常压下混合搅拌均匀并经高压发泡制得:烷基苯磺酸盐2%~6%;脂肪醇醚硫酸盐5%~10%;稳泡剂2%~4%;凝固剂4%~6%;硅酸盐水泥10%~15%;尾砂25%~30%;其余为水;各组分重量百分比之和为100%。充填材料流动性好,增加了选矿尾砂的利用率,实现了井下管路的自流输送,减少了用水量,解决了充填体脱水后浆体沉降、离析严重等问题,由此较好地解决充填浆体的流动性、用水量及充填体质量之间的突出矛盾,既有效充填了采矿空区,同时对矿山尾砂进行了合理有效利用。
