The invention relates to a straddle type monorail train track beam line type control method which comprises the following steps that firstly, after a reinforcement cage is bound at a design position and a prestressed steel strand pipeline is laid, a track beam body is formed through one-time pouring of concrete, and the height of the track beam body is lower than the design height of a track beam; secondly, after the track beam body reaches the specified strength, the steel strand is tensioned to apply prestress to the track beam body; and thirdly, secondary pouring is conducted on the top face of the track beam body to the designed height of the track beam, and a leveling layer is formed on the surface of the track beam body. The flatness of the surface of the straddle type monorail train track beam can be guaranteed, and the impact resistance of the track beam is improved.
