High-rise housing foundation sump construction method
The invention relates to a construction method for a high-rise housing foundation sump. The construction method comprises the following steps that a, a sump foundation trench is dug to the bottom elevation position of the sump; b, a caisson body is manufactured in advance; c, hoisting the caisson body to a position above a preset position by using hoisting equipment; d, sinking the caisson body into the sump foundation trench, and adjusting the water pressure balance inside and outside the caisson through a drain valve; e, after the caisson body sinks to the designed position, a steel support is arranged in the caisson body, a weight is hoisted and placed on the upper portion of the caisson body, and then concrete on the outer side of the caisson body is poured immediately; f, after concrete on the outer side of the caisson body is poured and finally set, the weight is removed; g, removing the steel support in the caisson body; h, a brick blank film is built on the inner side face of the caisson body, and then a concrete cushion layer is poured; i, constructing a waterproof protective layer; and j, water collection pit steel bars are bound in the waterproof protection layer, and then concrete is poured. The construction efficiency can be greatly improved, and the labor cost and the material cost are reduced.
本发明涉及一种高层住宅基础集水坑施工方法,包括以下步骤:a.将集水坑基槽挖至集水坑底标高处;b.预先制作沉箱箱体;c.使用起重设备将沉箱箱体吊送至预定位置上方;d.将沉箱箱体沉入集水坑基槽中,通过排水阀调节沉箱内外水压平衡;e.沉箱箱体沉入到设计位置后,在沉箱箱体内设置钢支撑,并在沉箱箱体上部吊装安放压重,然后立即浇筑沉箱箱体外侧混凝土;f.当沉箱箱体外侧混凝土浇筑终凝后,将压重移除;g.去除沉箱箱体内的钢支撑;h.在沉箱箱体内侧面砌筑砖胎膜,然后浇筑混凝土垫层;i.进行防水保护层施工;j.在防水保护层内绑扎集水坑钢筋然后浇筑混凝土。本发明能够大大提高施工效率,降低人工成本和材料成本。
