Provided are: a decorative sheet which is not susceptible to the propagation of fire even when laminated on a base material having a low thermal conductivity; and a decorative plate obtained by laminating the decorative sheet on the base material. The present invention is a decorative sheet to be laminated on a substrate having a thermal conductivity of less than 0.1 W/(m.K) on the side to which the decorative sheet is attached. (1) The decorative sheet has a plurality of layers containing a non-halogen thermoplastic resin; (2) at least one of the plurality of layers containing the resin contains a non-halogen flame retardant; (3) the following formula (I) is satisfied, where x is the total thickness ([mu] m) of the plurality of layers containing the resin, and y is the ratio (mass%) of the total mass of the non-halogen flame retardant in the plurality of layers containing the resin to 100 mass% of the total mass of the plurality of layers containing the resin: y > = 0.00008 x2 + 0.016 x-2.51 (I); and (4) the content of the non-halogen flame retardant in each of the plurality of layers containing the non-halogen flame retardant is 8 mass% or more.
本发明提供一种即使在导热系数低的基材上叠层时火势也不易蔓延的装饰片、以及该装饰片叠层在基材上而成的装饰板。本发明是用于在粘贴装饰片一侧的导热系数低于0.1W/(m·K)的基材上叠层的装饰片,(1)具有多层含有非卤系热塑性树脂的层;(2)含有上述树脂的多层中的至少1层含有非卤系阻燃剂;(3)将含有上述树脂的多层的厚度合计(μm)设为x,并且将含有上述树脂的多层中的上述非卤系阻燃剂的质量合计相对于含有上述树脂的多层的质量合计100质量%的比例(质量%)设为y时,满足下述式(I):y≥0.00008x2+0.016x-2.51(I);(4)含有上述非卤系阻燃剂的多层的各层中的上述非卤系阻燃剂的含量为8质量%以上。
