The invention relates to a project of an overwater suspension type steel-concrete structure field and garden comprehensive farm ('overwater field and garden comprehensive farm 'for short), and belongs to a divisional case of a main project of an overwater suspension type steel-concrete structure aviation airport ('overwater aviation airport' for short). And then mechanically configuring and filling required planting matrixes or soil to produce various crops, and forming a comprehensive farm operation project of a planting and breeding base by combining three-dimensional planting and breeding and a fishery net body (containing resin cloth for isolating the inside and the outside of a water body) under the water surface, so that the method is suitable for planning and construction of ocean and inland water areas.
