The invention discloses an assembly structure of a prefabricated bridge and a splicing method of the assembly structure, belongs to the technical field of assembly type bridges, and aims to solve the problems that the alignment step of a crane is needed in the butt joint process in a traditional assembly structure of the prefabricated bridge, time is wasted, the descending range of a strip-shaped object is inconvenient to plan by arranging a liftable structure, and the construction cost is low. The problems that in the butt joint process of a traditional prefabricated bridge assembly structure, assembly is completed through embedding of a reinforcing steel bar and the strip-shaped object, and the stability of the assembled structure is not convenient to further stabilize through entering of a large amount of cement are solved through the technical scheme, the alignment time of a crane is shortened, and rigid collision between the strip-shaped object and a base during descending of the strip-shaped object. The lifting assembly is jacked through the telescopic column to move, the lifting assembly ascends with the multiple sets of steel bars as guidance, one end, hoisted by the crane, of the bridge column is embedded into the lifting assembly, the bridge column and the lifting assembly are finally embedded into the bridge base through contraction of the crane and the telescopic column, and finally cement is used for sealing, so that assembling is completed.
