The device comprises a low-position reservoir, a high-position quality-divided water storage tank, a quality-divided frustum-shaped filter tank, a first clean water tank, an ecological filter bed and a second clean water tank, the low-level reservoir is used for collecting rainwater of the courtyard; the high-position quality-divided water storage tank is used for collecting rainwater on the roof and receiving rainwater collected by the low-position water storage tank, and quality-divided rainwater is carried out; the quality-divided frustum type filter tank is positioned at the downstream of the high-level quality-divided water storage tank and is used for filtering the rainwater in a quality-divided manner; a water inlet of the first clean water tank is communicated with the quality-dividing frustum type filter tank; the ecological filter bed is of a bed body structure with a bed head higher than a bed tail; a bed head of the ecological filter bed is communicated with a water outlet of the first clean water tank; a bed tail is communicated with the second clean water tank through a water collecting main pipe; an ultraviolet lamp tube arranged in the second clean water tank can disinfect water in the second clean water tank.
