The invention discloses a roof rainwater collecting device based on a rainwater comprehensive recycling technology, which comprises a device main body and a supporting seat, and the supporting seat is of a conical structure. According to the device, water can penetrate through the non-woven fabric layer and fall into the device main body, impurities carried in the water can be isolated on the outer side of the non-woven fabric layer, water filtration is achieved, and along with increase of the water in the device main body, the floating seat pushes the sleeve seat and the supporting seat upwards to move upwards under buoyancy until the device main body is filled; when the roof rainwater collecting device is used, a protruding seat at the top of the supporting seat can be upwards combined with an elastic ring of the rainwater collecting mechanism, at the moment, a communicating opening of the rainwater collecting mechanism is closed, water is prevented from entering the device body from the upper portion, closing of the device body is achieved, electronic devices and steel mesh filtering assemblies are not needed, and therefore the using effect of the roof rainwater collecting device is improved.
