The novel rock pipe jacking machine comprises a movable pipe, hydraulic rods and a hydraulic oil cylinder, the movable pipe is movably installed on one side of the hydraulic oil cylinder, the multiple sets of hydraulic rods are arranged between the movable pipe and the hydraulic oil cylinder, the movable pipe is driven by the hydraulic rods, and multiple sets of splicing rails are arranged on the lower portion of the movable pipe; the splicing rail and the moving pipe are movably connected through a first sliding seat and a second sliding seat, a moving base plate is fixedly installed on the outer surface of one side of the hydraulic oil cylinder, two sets of fixing cones are movably installed on the lower portion of the moving base plate, and two sets of supporting blocks are movably installed on the outer surface of the side edge of the moving base plate. By means of the fixing cones and the supporting blocks, the operation of fixing the movable base plate and the ground can be rapidly completed, the time needed for fixing and disassembling the movable base plate is shortened, by means of the arrangement of the movable base plate and the cooperation of the fixing cones and the supporting blocks, a traditional supporting plate structure is optimized, and the tunneling efficiency of the pipe jacking machine is improved.
