The invention discloses an LED-cured floor coating and a coating process thereof. The LED-cured floor coating is composed of a permeable primer, a floating primer, a colored paint and a finishing paint, the permeable primer is prepared from the following components: hydroxyethyl methylacrylate, aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin, an epoxy acrylate oligomer and a photoinitiator; the floating coat primer is prepared from the following components: tripropylene glycol diacrylate, an epoxy acrylate oligomer, transparent powder, a photoinitiator and a leveling defoaming agent; the colored paint is prepared from the following components: aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin, epoxy acrylic oligomer, transparent powder, a photoinitiator, a leveling defoaming agent and pigment; the finishing paint is prepared from the following components: 1, 6-hexanediol diacrylate, polyurethane acrylic resin, transparent powder, a photoinitiator and a leveling defoaming agent. The coating has the characteristics of more excellent adhesive force, hardness, wear resistance, wear washing resistance, scratch resistance, pollution resistance, corrosion resistance and the like, and is higher in curing speed.
