The invention provides a modular raised-dust-free backfilling process which comprises the following steps: S1, modeling an earthwork backfilling difficult part by using a three-dimensional modeling technology, determining the specification and size of the earthwork backfilling part in an established model in combination with the actual situation of a site, and forming a filling graph after earthwork backfilling; s2, modular decomposition is conducted on the earthwork backfill filling graph according to site conditions, so that the earthwork backfill filling graph is made to form small earthwork modules which are regular and easy to carry; s3, the small earthwork modules are pressed according to the compactness required by the design, and the small earthwork modules which are pressed to be qualified are transported to a construction site; and S4, the small earthwork modules which are pressed to be qualified are placed in backfilling positions. According to the technology, local modeling is conducted on a construction site, so that engineering construction is more standard, and the problems that earthwork backfilling operation of a special part is large in difficulty, earthwork backfilling is not dense, earthwork backfilling later-period sedimentation is large, and dust raising and noise are caused by backfilling construction are effectively solved.
本发明提供一种模块化的无扬尘回填工艺,包括以下步骤:S1:使用三维建模技术,对土方回填困难部位进行建模,结合现场实际情况在所建模型中确定土方回填部位规格尺寸,形成土方回填后的填充图;S2:根据现场情况将所述土方回填填充图进行模块化分解,使其形成较为规则的、易于搬运的小型土方模块;S3:按照设计要求密实度进行所述小型土方模块的压制,将压制合格的所述小型土方模块运输至施工现场;S4:将压制合格的所述小型土方模块安置于回填位置。本发明工艺对施工现场进行局部建模,使工程施工更加规范,有效地解决了特殊部位土方回填操作难度大、土方回填不密实、土方回填后期沉降大、回填施工造成扬尘和噪音等问题。
